    Circumstances like high volume of orders, public holidays, weather conditions and strikes may all affect the delivery of packages. But worry not. Should any of these circumstances occur, you will be notified.

  • Can I collect my order?
    Hair Deity, unfortunately, has no physical store and is solely operating online. Therefore, collection is not an option.
  • How long is delivery?
    3-5 business days, although with a high volume of orders, the processing time may affect the delivery time frame
  • Is cash on delivery allowed?
    Hair Deity has no cash on delivery payment method.
  • How can I request a Return or Exchange?
    How to Request a Return or Exchange 1️⃣ Contact Us: Email hairddeity@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at (+27) 74 682 0071 within 3 days of delivery. 2️⃣ Provide Proof: Attach photos/videos of the item to confirm its condition. 3️⃣ Receive Approval: Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. 4️⃣ Return the Item: Ship the item within 3 days of approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. 5️⃣ Get Your Exchange or Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process an exchange, store credit, or refund within 7-9 business days.
  • How long does it take to process an order?
    Orders take a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 3 days to process, however a high volume of orders may affect the processing time. Should this occur, you will be notified.
